QSD Militias Kidnap Civilians from their Homes in al-Shuhail City in Deir Ezzor Countryside

US occupation-backed QSD militias carried out storming campaigns and kidnapped a number of civilians in al-Shuhail city in Deir Ezzor southeastern countryside, as protests demanded to expel that militia and the US occupation forces from the area.

Local sources told SANA that QSD militia stormed the houses of the citizens in al-Shuhail city, kidnapped a number of civilians and set up several checkpoints inside the city in an attempt to control the protests that many villages and towns in Deir Ezzor countryside are witnessing to demand the expulsion of QSD militia and the US occupation forces.

The sources pointed out that QSD militia burnt a number of the citizens’ houses in al-Shuhail city in retaliation against those who demonstrated in protests against its criminal practices.

During the last two days, QSD militia imposed its siege on al-Shuhail, al-Busayrah, al-Hawaij and Dhiban towns in Deir Ezzor countryside, and brought military convoys to al-Shuhail city, imposed a curfew and kidnapped a number of civilians.

QSD militia besieges several villages and towns in Deir –Ezzor countryside to disperse demonstrations demanding their expulsion

QSD militia continued besieging several villages in Al-Shheell area southeast of Dir –Ezzor, abducting a number of civilians and setting up barriers inside several villages in an attempt to disperse demonstrations demanding their expulsion along with the US occupation forces in the region.

Civil sources told SANA reporter that civilians of Taianh , Zeban and Al-Hawaej towns continued their demonstrations and protests to expel the “QSD” militia and US occupation forces from the region, while a number of young men cut the main roads on Saturday dawn by stones and burning tires.

The sources added that QSD militia brought additional reinforcements to the area, and carried out raids in the towns of Al-Hawaej and Zeban and kidnapped a number of civilians, and set up barriers to disperse demonstrations, which called for their expulsion, indicating that clashes with light and medium weapons erupted between unknown persons and “QSD” militia near public streets, secondary school and Zeban district roundabout.
