Provinces, SANA- Units of the army and armed forces carried out Saturday special operations against terrorist organizations’ positions and dens in many areas across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.

Daraa

The army destroyed an armored vehicle and a rocket launching-pad for Takfiri terrorist organizations in al-Naema in Daraa countryside, a military source told SANA.

The source added that an army unit also destroyed a vehicle, leaving all the terrorists inside dead while targeting a hideout in the western side of al-Bajabja neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad.

The army also destroyed dens for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and killed large numbers of them, among them leaders, in Naseeb in Daraa countryside.

It killed 7 terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and destroyed 3 vehicles equipped with machine guns in al-Yadouda town in Daraa countryside.

Meanwhile, units of the army foiled attempts by terrorists to attack many military posts in Daraa and its countryside, killing large numbers of them and destroying their weapons.

Army units also destroyed a vehicle, leaving all the terrorists onboard dead on Alma road and inflict heavy losses upon them in al-Neima town, al-Naziheen Camp and Sawame’ al-Hoboub in the countryside of Daraa.

Damascus countryside

Meanwhile, army units destroyed dens of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Damascus southwestern Countryside.

The army unit carried out concentrated operations against dens of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Khan al-Sheih farms, adding that many terrorists were killed and others injured during the operations.

Sweida

Meanwhile, an army unit killed ISIS terrorists in Jarm al-Dawla village in Southeastern countryside of Sweida province.

Hama

In central Syria, the army air force destroyed several terrorists’ hideouts, killing and injuring large numbers of them and destroying a number of their vehicles, in al-Qastal, Hammadi Omar, al-Hadaj, Um Edoul and Eidoun in the countryside of Hama province.

Homs

The army foiled an attempt by terrorists to infiltrate from Wadi al-Ameriya into Homs-Salamiya highway in Homs countryside, killing a number of terrorists.

Meanwhile, army units killed and injured members of an armed terrorist group and destroyed their weapons in Sariko street in al-Rastan city to the north of Homs city.

Aleppo

The army destroyed dens and vehicles for terrorists in Dir Hafer, Banan al-Hiss, Khan Touman and killed terrorists from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in the surrounding of the air force academy in Aleppo countryside.

Meanwhile, army units confronted Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in al-Lairamoun, al-Ansari and Jub al- Qebba neighborhoods in Aleppo , where many terrorists were killed, others were injured and their vehicles were destroyed.

The army air force killed a number of terrorists in blows carried out against their hideouts in Izaz and Fafin in the countryside of Aleppo province.

Army units also targeted terrorists’ hideouts and concentrations in Binan al-Huss, Maghirat al-Shibli and Khan Touman, killing and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and vehicles.

An army unit targeted and destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and vehicles in the areas of Deir hafer, Tallat al-Sanobar and Kherbat al-Maasir in Aleppo countryside.

Idleb

In the northern Idleb province, the army air force killed large numbers of terrorists and destroys their vehicles in Abu al-Dohour, al-Majas, Tal Salmo and al-Rueifiyeh in the countryside.

Lattakia

The army air force destroyed hideouts for terrorists and killed a number of them in al-Saraya, al-Houlwa, Beit Ablaq and al-Rawda in the countryside of Lattakia coastal province.

People Protest against Terrorist Groups’ Presence in Damascus, Daraa Provinces

TEHRAN (FNA)- Terrorist-held areas in Damascus and Idlib provinces were the scenes of protests against the presence of Takfiri terrorists.

People poured to the streets of the town of Hamouriya in Eastern Ghouta and rallied against the presence of terrorist groups in their town.

Also the cities of Idlib, Bensh and Kafroumeh in the province of Idlib were the scenes of popular protests against the foreign-backed terrorists.

Also in the past 24 hours, the Syrian army thwarted an attack by the Takfiri terrorists on a highly important region in the city of Hasaka in the Northeastern parts of the country.

The ISIL terrorists were planning to capture a security center of the Syrian army through several attacks, but they failed.

At least 15 ISIL terrorists were killed in heavy clashes with the Syrian troops.

Abu al-Bara al-Tunessi, a notorious ISIL commander, was among the terrorists killed in the battle over Hasaka.

The Syrian army also besieged the Takfiri terrorists in Hasaka.

“The ISIL terrorists who have entered al-Nashva district in Western Hasaka are under the army’s siege,” the Arabic-language service of Russia Today satellite TV reported on Friday.

Elsewhere, the Syrian warplanes destroyed the terrorists’ weapons stockpile in the city of Deir Ezzur in Eastern Syria, leaving tens of terrorists dead and dozens more injured.

The ISIL terrorists’ arms depot was ruined in the Syrian airstrikes in the main street of Deir Ezzur.

The local sources confirmed that tens of ISIL terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the airstrikes in Deir Ezzur.

Meantime, the Syrian Army and Lebanon’s Hezbollah Resistance Movement seized full control over Shehadi crossing in Jreijeer farms in al-Qalamoun, local officials said.

The sources told al-Manar that the resistance fighters and the Syrian army seized Shehadi crossing and they are advancing in the region.

The fighters are also in control of Wadi al-Maghara crossing, preventing terrorists of the Takfiri group of the ISIL from moving in the area.

Shehadi crossing is of much significance since it is connected to other areas and crossing that lead to al-Hosn palace where Takfiri terrorists are taking bastion.

The resistance fighters have been for weeks engaged in wide-scale operations to secure the farms of Qalamoun and Arsal. These areas lie on the border between Syria and Lebanon and are considered as strongholds for the Syria-based Takfiri militants.

Also, a senior Turkish lawmaker disclosed that Turkey has helped the ISIL terrorists to return to Syria’s Kurdish border town of Kobani through Turkey.

“Once again the Turkish officials helped the ISIL terrorists to enter Kobani,” Gaziantep MP Mehmet Shekar revealed.

He noted that the ISIL terrorists had reentered Kobani on seven vehicles, and said, “It is a shame that Turkey paves the grounds for the infiltration of ISIL terrorists to its neighboring country.

The Syrian Kurdish forces claimed that they have captured three Turkish special forces during the ISIL attack on the town of Kobani, media reports said.

The Turkish forces were captured by the Kurdish fighters while they were accompanying the ISIL terrorists in their attacks on Kobani, the Salmani Times news website reported.

Meantime, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed that at least 20 people were executed by the ISIL terrorist group in the predominantly-Kurdish city of Kobani.

The ISIL executed 20 civilians and wounded 15 others, after locals fought back an ISIL surprise attack in the town of Barkh Butan in South of Kobani, the monitor said.

The Syrian TV reported on Thursday that the ISIL managed to return to the border town of Kobani through Turkey.

The report said that the terrorists reentered the Kurdish city through coordination with the Turkish intelligence-security apparatus.

Army Pounding Militants’ Positions in Quneitra, Hama Provinces

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian Army’s operations against the gathering centers of the terrorists groups of the al-Nusra Front and the ISIL in the Southwestern province of Quneitra and the Central province of Hama forced the rebel groups to retreat forces from their positions, informed sources said.

The sources said that the Syrian army stormed the Nusra’s positions in the nearby areas of villages of al-Hamidiyeh and al-Hurriyeh, 70 km to the West of Quneitra city, and pushed back the insurgents from the battlefields.

Meantime, the arm troops raided the ISIL terrorists’ centers in Salba, Jana al-Albawi, al-Qastal al-Wistani and al-Latamneh in the countryside of Hama city, leaving many terrorists killed or wounded.

Syrian Army Strikes Heavy Blows at Militants across Homs, Aleppo Provinces

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian Army continued its operations against the foreign-backed militants across the Central province of Homs and the Northern province of Aleppo, and inflicted heavy losses upon them, military sources announced.

The sources said that the country’s army alongside the popular forces repelled terrorists’ attempts to infiltrate from al-Ra’es mosque into al-Khrab Street in al-Waer neighborhood in the city of Homs, killing a number of them and injuring others.

A number of terrorists were killed also and others were injured during army operations in Tallet al-Rastan in the North countryside of Homs city.

Meantime, the army targeted the rebels’ centers in Deir Hafir, Khan al-Assal, al-Mansoura, al-Rashideen, Kherbit al-Ma’asir and Binan al-Huss in Aleppo and its countryside, and destroyed a long convoy of the militants’ vehicles loaded with weapons and ammunitions.

Syrian Army Advances against Rebels in Dara’a Province

TEHRAN (FNA)- Military sources in the Southern battlefields confirmed that the country’s army troops continued offensives against the rebel groups, and gained more grounds across Dara’a province.

The sources said that Mhajjeh village in the Northern part of Dara’a province was the scene of heavy clashes between the Syrian army men and Nusra fighters, who did not able to resist against the Syrian soldiers’ attacks and left behind dozens of the killed and wounded bodies and fled the fighting area.

The situation in the South of Tal Antar was the same and the army pushed back the Nusra fighter from their position.

The army also targeted gatherings of terrorists of al-Nusra and the so-called “Al-Muthana Movement” in Kafr Shams town in Northwestern Dara’a, leaving numbers of them killed or injured.

The army units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts in Kafr Nasej, 7 Km to the Northwest of Dara’a city.

The Syrian air force targeted an arms and ammunition depot of Nusra Front in Ibta and Tafas.

Also on Wednesday, the Syrian Army’s massive operations against the al-Nusra Front’s positions in various parts of the Southern province of Dara’a resulted in the killing or wounding of dozens of the fighters.

The sources said that the Syrian army targeted a hideout of terrorist groups’ leaders while they were holding a meeting in the Southeastern neighborhood of Busra al-Sham city, 40 km to the East of Dara’a city.

The hideout was completely destroyed, said the source, confirming that all those who were inside were killed.

A number of al-Nusra Front terrorists were killed and their arms and ammunition were destroyed during an operation by the Syrian army men in the Eastern parts of al-Nueimeh town in the Eastern countryside of Dara’a province.

Another army unit clashed with terrorists to the West of Khirbet Ghazaleh town, leaving a number of them killed or wounded.

KOBANE, Rojava (June 27, 2015) – A military operation by members of the People’s/Women’s Defense Units alongside Security Forces continues to encounter terrorist attacks started on Thursday which brutally targeted and killed a large number of unarmed civilian population in Kobane.

Military actions continued last night against a large group of the Daesh (ISIL) terrorists who had infiltrated inside the city; the group was surrounded in 4 distinct locations. In the dead of the night, our troops effectively cleared 3 of those positions from all terrorist activities; moreover this morning our Units were able to fully secure the Mishtenur hospital as the last point controlled by the attackers, and hold initiative over the hiding place.

During the stated securing process, in total 60 terrorist elements who had surreptitiously penetrated into the city were confirmed killed; our forces also could capture a member of the enemy forces in action.

Heavy battles between the Defense Units and terrorist groups who had broken deep into the Upper Shiukh village yesterday morning, June 26, are ongoing to this moment. Clashes in that region have led to killing of a large number of the attackers, corpses of twenty of them discovered on the battlefield.

Last night in south and southwestern Kobanê, a clash was experienced between our forces and militants affiliated to the Daesh terrorists. Fighting in place around the villages of Sina, Geydadê and Gas station are continuing sporadically and time-to-time.

Kurdish Fighters Force Back ISIL Attack against Kobani

TEHRAN (FNA)- Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) repelled the ISIL attacks on the Syrian border town of Kobani and the surrounding villages.

The YPG forces drove away the Takfiri terrorists’ aggression against Shoyoukh Fawqani village in West of Kobani after the ISIL infiltration.

Also other Kurdish fighters in Kobani repelled the ISIL attacks against Tal Shahid Khabour and Gas Station districts in the Southern parts of the strategic city, in which both sides sustained casualties.

The Syrian TV reported on Thursday that the ISIL managed to return to the border town of Kobani through Turkey.

The report said that the terrorists reentered the Kurdish city through coordination with the Turkish intelligence-security apparatus.

The Pishmarga, who had first deployed to Kobani in late October last year, successfully helped defeat the ISIL terrorists in the battle for the strategic town.

Syria has been grappling with a deadly crisis since March 2011. The violence fuelled by Takfiri groups has so far claimed the lives of over 200,000 people, according to reports. New figures show that over 76,000 people, including thousands of children, lost their lives in Syria last year.

Over 7.2 million Syrians have also become internally displaced due to the ongoing crisis, according to the United Nations.

ISIL, with members from several western countries, controls parts of Syria and Iraq, and has been carrying out horrific acts of violence such as public decapitations and crucifixions against all communities such as Shiites, Sunnis, Kurds, and Christians.

Kobani Defeats ISIL Again

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Kurdish fighters in the Syrian border town of Kobani defeated and drove out the ISIL terrorists from the strategic region for a second time in two months.

The border town of Kobani had been surrounded again by the ISIL on Thursday but it was freed on Saturday following fierce clashes between the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) and the terrorists.

The decisive battle was ignited after a powerful blast rocked Kobani today.

According to reports, the ISIL has killed around 200 people in the Kobani region since launching a raid on the town early on Thursday.
