Terrorists’ shells claim a life, injure nine pesrons in Homs

Two civilians were killed, one of them a girl child, and 24 other children were injured by rocket shells fired by terrorists on al-Seryan neighborhood in the city of Aleppo on Sunday, a source in the northern province told SANA.

Meanwhile, terrorists attacked Damascus city with a number of mortar shells, claiming the life of a civilian and injuring 4 others.

A source at the Police Command told SANA that 8 mortar shells fell in Mezzeh 86 neighborhood, killing a citizen and leaving 12 others injured, in addition to causing material damage to a number of cars, houses and shops.

The source pointed out that another shell hit the area surrounding al-Nejmeh Square, causing material damage without inflicting human casualties.

In the same context, terrorists’ rocket shells claimed a citizen’s life and injured nine others when they landed at the southern entrance of Homs city and near al-Talae Park in the central province of Homs.

A source at the province said that terrorists fired five rocket shells, four of them landed on al-Sham road at the southern entrance of the city, claiming the life of a citizen and injuring nine others, in addition to material damage caused to citizens’ properties.

The source clarified that the fifth rocket shell landed on a citizen’s house roof near al-Talae Park, causing material damage only.

On Saturday, five civilians, among them three children, were injured by terrorists’ rocket shells launched on al-Arman and Wadi al-Dahab neighborhoods in Homs city.
