Syrian Air Defenses Thwart ‘Hostile Targets’ After Explosions Heard in Palymra

The army’s air defense systems countered the Zionist regime’s aggression in the skies of the Palmyra region (Tadmor) in the east of Homs province, and also downed a number of enemy missiles.

SANA correspondent said: At around 11:00 PM Syrian time, our country’s air defense confronted the Zionist regime’s air attack in the skies of Tadmor in the eastern suburbs of Homs and destroyed a number of enemy missiles before hitting targets.

In the past 31 months, the army’s air defenses have repelled a Zionist missile attack in the skies of Homs, knocking down most of the missiles before hitting them.

During the years of the terrorist war against Syria, the Zionist regime has consistently failed to intervene in order to support terrorist groups, but the regime’s efforts have failed.
