Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, there are still cases of ceasefire regime violation by illegal armed formations in the Idlib de-escalation zone.

Currently, Syrian government forces units are fighting to repel a massive terrorist attacks.
The situation in the south of the Idlib de-escalation zone is complicated by the desire of the command of a terrorist group to use fabricated materials about the alleged use of chemical weapons by government forces.
According to the militants captured by the Syrian armed forces, for these purposes a separate group was created within Hayyat Tahrir al-Sham, known as the Chemical Wing. The group is headed by Abu Basir al-Britanni, who comes from the al-Qaeda-related terrorist group Hurras al-Din.
This group includes militants who arrived in the Syrian Arab Republic from European states and citizens of the former Soviet republics.
Chemical Wing of Hayyat Tahrir al-Sham consists of three sections: planning, development and media department.
The development department responsible for the synthesis of poisonous substances is located in the city of Djisr al-Shugur in the building of one of the city medical institutions. In the settlement of Ishtebrak, occupied after the expulsion of local residents by the militants of the Turkistan Islamic Party, there is a dump and a workshop for equipping ammunition with toxic substances.
Also in the Chemical Wing includes a separate medical group, consisting of specialists who have been trained in Raqqa city under the guidance of US intelligence officers to provide medical assistance to victims of chemical poisoning.
The main office of the Chemical Wing, which is involved in planning operations and coordinating staging surveys, is located in Idlib.
The terrorists operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone, have a significant amount of toxic substances, which the militants equip ammunition for the performances of so called use of chemical weapons against the civilian population by the government troops .
Militants plan the implementation of such performance in the settlement of Djardjanaz, as well as in Saraqib city, where a group of refugees and children from the southern provinces of Syria have already been gathered. Similar preparations are underway in the western part of Aleppo province.
The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides monitors the situation in the Idlib de-escalation zone and adjacent areas in order to avoid any attempts by terrorists to use poisonous substances against the civilian population.
