7000 citizens return to al-Naima town in Daraa countryside

Thousands of citizens returned to their homes in al-Naima town in the eastern countryside of Daraa after it was liberated by the Syrian Arab Army.

SANA’s reporter in Daraa said that about 7000 persons returned to their homes in al-Naima town, 4 km to the east of Daraa city, after the Syrian Arab Army cleansed it from terrorists who had displaced the town’s inhabitants to neighboring areas.

One of the town’s dignitaries, Hussein Aboud, told SANA that the town needs rehabilitation of its infrastructure which was subjected to sabotage by terrorists.

On 6th of July, the Syrian Arab Army regained control over the town of al-Naima on the eastern outskirts of Daraa city after rooting out the last hotbeds of terrorist organizations in it.

Syrian flag hoisted in Busra al-Sham and Hrak

The Syrian flag was hoisted on Tuesday in the main square of Busra al-Sham city in Daraa eastern countryside announcing it free of terrorism.

SANA’s reporter in Daraa said that units of Internal Security Forces entered Busra al-Sham city to enhance security and stability there and in preparation for the return of state’s institutions to it. The locals, who gathered around the square to participate in hoisting the Syrian flag over their city, warmly welcomed the internal security forces.

Daraa Governor Mohammad Khaled al-Hanous said that upon the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, the authorities apply reconciliation agreements synchronizing with the military operations against terrorism in order to restore security and stability all over the province of Daraa.

Syrian flag hoisted over Hrak municipality

Meanwhile, thousands of citizens from Daraa eastern countryside gathered in the main square of Hrak town, showing their support to the army and greeting it for the heroism and sacrifices offered to liberate their town from terrorism.

During the event, people of al-Hrak, Soura, Alma, Nahta and Ghariyah hoisted the flag of the Syrian Arab Republic over the municipality center and chanted the Syrian national anthem.

News about reaching agreement to free the rest of Ishtabraq kidnapped persons and thousands of Kefraya and al-Fouaa locals

News about reaching an agreement to liberate all kidnapped persons of Ishtabraq village and thousands of locals of Kefraya and al-Fouaa towns in Idleb countryside, according to SANA’s reporter.

This agreement came after more than two months of the liberation of 42 kidnapped from the village of Ishtabraq and five human cases of towns of Kefraya and al-Fouaa as part of an agreement to free the abducted persons of Ishtabraq and those besieged in Kefraya and al-Fouaa.

On April 2015, Jabhat al-Nusra and its affiliated terrorist groups committed horrific massacre in the village of Ishtabraq village, killing about 200 civilians and kidnapping dozens others.

Last April, the first stage of an agreement stipulating the exit of terrorists from Yarmouk Camp in Damascus and freeing the people besieged in the two towns, and freeing the abductees from Eshtabraq town was implemented.

According to the agreement, 1500 persons from the two besieged towns were evacuated in addition to liberating 85 abductees from Ishtabraq village, mostly children and women.

People in Quneitra’s central and southern villages demand expulsion of terrorists and entry of Syrian Army

Citizens of the central and southern villages in Quneitra province took to the streets in protest against terrorist groups demanding their expulsion and the entry of Syrian Arab army to put an end to criminal acts perpetrated by terrorists like killing innocents and vandalizing state-owned institutions and service facilities.

SANA correspondent in Quneitra said that the residents streamed into public squares and streets shouting slogans against terrorism and terrorist groups and urging the Syrian army to help them get rid of terrorist heinous crimes.

After fierce clashes with Al-Qaeda terrorists, the Syrian army liberated the strategic hill of Tall Al-Harrah, one of the highest regions in southern Syria, ca. 1075 m.
