More Civilians Killed in US-Led Coalition Airstrikes in Northeastern Syria
TEHRAN (FNA)- A number of civilians have been killed and several more wounded in the US-led coalition air attack in Southern Hasaka, field sources confirmed.
The sources said that the warplanes targeted the village of Kashkash Ziyanat 15km Southeast of the town of al-Shadadi, killing 9 civilians and wounding several others.
Media activists reported on Monday that over 200 civilians were killed or wounded in the US-led coalition airstrike or in the missile and mortar attacks of the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Raqqa province.
The Arabic-language al-Jazeerah tv network quoted the sources as saying that 52 civilians were killed and 150 more were wounded in the coalition air raids and in SDF’s missile and artillery attack in the neighborhoods of Raqqa city.
In the meantime, al-Ahd reported that five civilians, including a woman and four children, were killed in the warplanes’ assault on Jameh al-Atiq region in Raqqa.
Al-Ahd also reported that 12 civilians, including several women, have been killed in the US-led coalition warplanes’ attack in al-Dor’iyeh neighborhood in Raqqa city.
The Arabic-language al-Manar television network also reported that at least five civilians have lost their lives when the US-led coalition carried out an air raid against al-Hussein village in the Northeastern province of Hasaka.

The air force of the US-led coalition committed a new massacre against the Syrians, leaving 9 civilians dead in Kishik Zyyanat village in the southern countryside of Hasaka province.
Local and media sources said that under the pretext of fighting ISIS, the warplanes of the US-led coalition launched an aggression against the village of kishik Zyyanat 15 km to the south of al-Shadadi city in the southern countryside of the province.
The attack claimed the lives of 9 civilians and caused material damage to the houses and properties, according to the sources.

Army Inflicts Heavy Losses on ISIL Terrorists in Hama Province
TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian army hit hard the terrorists’ military positions and hardware in Eastern Hama province.
The terrorists in Hama province sustained heavy losses in tough battle with the Syrian army.
Meantime, the Syrian army and popular forces continued their military advances in other parts of Syria, including Deir Ezzur and Aleppo, over the past 24 hours.
Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army’s operations in Syria’s key provinces.
The Syrian Army troops, backed up by the Russian Air Force, continued their anti-ISIL operation in Eastern Hama and managed to advance against terrorists near the newly-liberated regions, field sources reported.
The sources said that after capturing Shahed 9 and 10 regions, the army troops, supported by the Russian army aircraft, advanced in the Eastern part of the town of Sheikh Hilal in Eastern Hama, forcing ISIL to retreat from its positions in the region.
In the meantime, the Syrian Defense Ministry released a video of the army’s Special Forces of Desert Hawks, backed up by the Russian Mi-28 choppers known as Night Hunters and T72 and T90 tanks, while attacking terrorists’ defense lines near the town of al-Salamiyah.
The video showed that the pro-government forces take control of several positions and building that were under terrorists’ control.
The Syrian Army troops engaged in fierce clashes with the ISIL in Western Deir Ezzur and fended off terrorists attack.

The sources said that the Syrian Air Force carried out several combat sorties over the positions and movements of the ISIL in the neighborhoods of al-Orfi, al-Kanamat, al-Huweiqa, al-Halbiyeh square inside Deir Ezzur city and near the Regiment 137 base, al-Iman petrol station West of Deir Ezzur, al-Jafrah passageway in Southeastern Deir Ezzur and in the village of al-Hosseiniyeh East of the city, destroying several military vehicles.
The Syrian army forces seized a large volume of Israeli military and medical equipment, while carrying out cleansing operation in the positions seized from the Al-Nusra Front (also known as Fatah al-Sham Front or the Levant Liberation Board) in the Golan Heights in Southern Quneitra, a military source confirmed.
The source said that the army soldiers that had repelled repeated attacks of Al-Nusra Front on their positions in Southern Quneitra, carried out a rapid counter-attack and managed to advance against the terrorist group.
The army further seized Israeli supplied medical kits and weapons in the positions of Tahrir al-Sham Hay’at (the Levant Liberation Board) near the town of Hamidiyeh on Sunday, the sources went on to say.
The source further added that the Israeli air and ground forces have been supporting the Takfiri terrorists in the Golan Heights near the city of Al-Ba’ath.
The Syrian Army troops ended the first phase of their operation to restore security to a major number of roads leading to Aleppo and are preparing for a next stage to reopen other roads and highways that connect Aleppo to Raqqa and Hama provinces.
Field sources pointed to restoring security to the road between the town of Khanasser in Aleppo and Ithriya in Hama, and said that the achievement restored security to a long chunk of Aleppo road that was under ISIL threat for the last four years.
The sources added that, in the meantime, the army is to kick off a second phase of its operation along the road towards Aqayrabat in Eastern Hama to end ISIL’s presence in the Eastern direction of al-Salamiyah-Ithriya-Khanasser.
In the meantime, the ground is expected to be paved for a part of army forces deployed in the Western direction of Khanasser-Ithriya road to leave their positions for other battlefields in Raqqa province to move from the town of al-Rasafeh towards the town of al-Sukhnah in Eastern Homs to join the pro-government forces’ operation to lift ISIL’s siege on Deir Ezzur city.
The sources further added that termination of the second phase of Aleppo road security will link again Aleppo to Hama and Raqqa provinces and will open new supply lines to the Southwestern territories of Raqqa province.
It seems that following the recent military achievements, the army intends to accelerate its advances in Badiyeh (desert) from three main flanks to reach the pro-government forces in Deir Ezzur province.
Syrian Army Makes Fresh Gains in War on Terrorism in Homs Province
TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian Army troops continued to hit ISIL’s defense lines in the depth of the country’s Badiyeh (desert) and managed to drive terrorists out of more positions.
The army soldiers engaged in fierce clashes with terrorists in the Depth of Syria’s Badiyeh near the road that connects the town of Arak to al-Heil oilfield and pushed the terrorists back from several hills overlooking North of the third oil pump station up to Qarah al-Maska hill East of the ancient city of Palmyra (Tadmur).
In the meantime, the army men clashed fiercely with ISIL and captured several heights and a hill overlooking Tal (hill) al-Ramamin West of al-Heil oilfield.
A military source, meanwhile, said that ISIL suffered heavy casualties and its military hardware sustained major damage in the attacks.
Relevant reports said on Sunday that the army troops, the Lebanese Hezbollah fighters and Russian soldiers launched a new wave of offensives in Southeastern Homs, targeting ISIL’s positions near the provincial border with Deir Ezzur.
According to battlefield reports, pro-government forces, including the Syrian soldiers, Hezbollah fighters and the Russian army men, started a new phase of large-scale assault in the Humeimeh region, capturing most of the hilltops, while also killing and wounding several Takfiri terrorists along the road to Deir Ezzur province.
Also, two huge army convoys brushed aside ISIL resistance in Eastern Homs and pushed through several kilometers of desert to meet around the ISIL bastion of Humeimeh.
The units took two hills overlooking Humeimeh and forced ISIL to withdraw from the region during the clashes.
Amidst ongoing clashes between pro-government forces and the ISIL terrorist group in areas to the East of Palmyra, footage showed that Russian troops embedded with Syrian Army troops in the frontline in Eastern Homs.
According to a battlefield source, the Syrian Army hopes to establish control over the T2 Pumping Station to use it as a launchpad to direct two simultaneous offensives to relieve the besieged provincial capital of Deir Ezzur and to take the border town of Albu Kamal South of the Euphrates.
Israel Launches Attack on Syria Again
TEHRAN (FNA)- Israel launched another strike against the Syrian territories on Tuesday to support the terrorist groups stationed in the region.
According to Tasnim news agency, an Israeli drone launched missile strike against a Syrian army positions in the Northern parts of Quneitra province today.
The missile was fired against the army bases at the so-called UN hill which is linked to the Golan Heights and witnessed fierce clashes in late 2015, but the terrorists have failed to capture.
The Arabic-language media sources reported on Sunday that the Israeli missile units opened fire at the Syrian army positions in Quneitra province after the latter inflicted a heavy defeat on al-Nusra Front (also known as Fatah al-Sham Front or the Levant Liberation Board) in the town of al-Ba’ath.
The al-Mayadeen reported that the Israeli missile units deployed in occupied Golan Heights in Tal (hill) Abu al-Nadi fired three missiles at army positions near Naba’a al-Fawar, damaging the army’s equipment.
The Israeli attack was done after the army soldiers repelled an al-Nusra attack in al-Ba’ath and then in a rapid counter-attack recaptured lost lands.
Relevant reports said on Saturday that an Israeli military helicopter targeted two positions of the Syrian Army in areas near the town of Eastern al-Samadaniyeh and another position around the town of al-Ba’ath.
The Israeli Air Force struck the Syrian Army troops’ strongholds in the Southern province of Quneitra for the fourth time in a row on Saturday.
