86 Nations Accuse UN General Assembly of Violations of UN Charter

The UN General Assembly is accused of violating the UN Charter by over 86 countries who voted against, abstained or were absent from the meeting to establish an investigative mechanism on war crimes in Syria. Syria, Russia, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Iran, Ecuador, Venezuela, Cuba, and many other countries criticized the resolution as politicized.
