Damascus, Oct 7 (Prensa Latina)
Turkish forces fired on Syrian civilians in the town of Derbaseh, 710 kilometers north of Damascus, and killed a child and wounded two others, officials said.
Reportedly, these people were near the Turkish-Syrian border in the area of the province of Hasaka, where Turkish troops are deployed and sporadic clashes between Kurdish self-defense groups and the Islamic State are frequent.
Ankara´s regime maintains considerable military units, including armored vehicles, part of that province and in northern Aleppo in the border region.
Syria has repeatedly complained that the Turkish presence in the territory of this country is a violation of national sovereignty under the pretext of the fight against Islamic terrorists.
Turkish Warplanes Bomb al-Bab, Northern Syria
Turkish warplanes killed at least 18 and wounded over 100 people in al-Bab, east of the city of Aleppo on Wednesday.
According to local sources, at least 18 were killed and over 100 civilians were wounded when Turkish and coalition warplanes bombarded the village of Tel Tana, north of al-Bab, around 00:00 local time on Wednesday.
Warplanes also struck the village of Jabal Asim, killing three civilians from Tel Tana.
Wounded civilians were not allowed to be taken to hospitals for treatment.
Around 2,000 people were displaced from their homes in northern al-Bab villages, moving to the Afrin canton, amid intensive bombing of Turkish warplanes.
Local sources say Turkey forces locals to displacement by bombing areas in the bid to alter the demographics of the region.
