All vehicles crossing the Syrian-Turkish borders illegally are subject to be targeted by SyAAF and RuAF, with no exceptions.
This No-Drive-Zone is aimed to close the borders, and to cut the supply terrorists get from the Turkish government.
As far as humanitarian aid, if it is not processed via the Syrian government, the Russian government, or the UN, then it is considered illegal; and as far as we understand, there is no reason to hide humanitarian aid from the UN and not process it via the UN unless it is a cover to supply weapons to terrorists.
Russia is building an all-over air defense zone in Syria, according to Russian Zvezda TV channel. The Hmeymim air base, Russian jets and also pilots will be protected by the most advanced Russian weapons.

After a Turkish jet shot down a Russian Su-24 bomber over Syria, the Russian Defense Minister reported to President Vladimir Putin that the air defense system around the base needed to be enhanced.The president said approved the move and 24 hours later an S-400 missile defense system was deployed to the Hmeymim base.
The S-400, an upgrade of the S-300 Growler family, is a new-generation anti-aircraft defense system operated solely by the Russian military. It knows no equals in the world, including the US-made Patriot system.
The S-400 ensures air defense using long- and medium-range missiles that can hit aerial targets at ranges of up to 400 kilometers. It is also can hit ground and sea targets.
The system is not only versatile but also very mobile. It has a mobile deployment time of 15 minutes, and a stand-by deployment time of only 15 seconds.
Meanwhile, the Russian Air Force task unit continues to carry out airstrikes against Islamic State (ISIL) positions in Syria. Russian jets are conducting up to 80 sorties a day.
Russia plans to build up its anti-ISIL offensive in Syria. New Su-27 and Su-30 jets are expected to be deployed to the Hmeymim base in the near future. Russian pilots will also be equipped with advanced electronic warfare devices.

A civilian was killed and 11 others were injured in a terrorist attack on al-Mokambo neighborhood in Aleppo city.
A source in the province said that rocket shells fired by terrorists from Bani Zeid area fell on al-Mokambo residential neighborhood, killing a civilian and injuring 11 others who were taken to Aleppo University Hospital.
The shells caused material damage to public and private properties, the source added.
Terrorist from the so-called Jaish al-Mujahideen, Shohadaa Badr brigade, al-Islam brigade and Ahrar al-Sham movement are active in a number of Aleppo neighborhoods and target residential areas with shells.
Nine civilians injured in rocket and mortar terrorist attacks on Damascus
In Damascus, nine civilians were injured in terrorist attacks with rocket and mortar shells fired by terrorists in Jubar on residential neighborhoods on Sunday.

An army unit established control over Mount Kishkar in the northern countryside of Lattakia after killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons, a military source announced.
The army’s air force carried out last night a series of sorties and targeted hideouts and positions for Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorists in al-Latamneh town and Skeik village in the northern countryside of the central Hama province.
A military source confirmed to SANA that the airstrikes hit their targets and destroyed terrorists’ centers and vehicles equipped with machine guns and others carrying ammunition.
The source added that terrorists positioned in Tal Taraa in Atshan village in the northeastern countryside of Hama also suffered casualties and material losses.
Army units destroyed a mortar cannon, armored vehicle and 4 cars equipped with machineguns for ISIS terrorists in the western foots of al-Hayal mountain and al-Shaer oil field in Homs eastern countryside.
Earlier, the army’s air force launched airstrikes against ISIS positions in al-Qaryatain city in the southeastern countryside of Homs province.
The airstrikes destroyed an ISIS headquarters with terrorists, weapons and ammunition inside.
Army airstrikes hit ISIS headquarters and fortified positions in al-Mrei’iyeh village in the eastern countryside of the eastern Deir Ezzor province.
Terrorists were killed and vehicles, some equipped with heavy machine guns, were destroyed as the ISIS targets were directly hit.

A military source said in a statement to SANA that during combing the areas near Harasta Highway, engineering units found a tunnel that extends from the eastern side of the highway towards Douma farms, adding that it is linked to a number of basements and trenches in the area.
A number of explosive devises were found inside the tunnel.

Terrorist mortar attacks leave a civilian dead, others injured in Damascus and Qamishli

A mortar attack on Saturday killed a civilian in Bab Touma neighborhood in Damascus.
Terrorists positioned in the farms of Eastern Ghouta fired a mortar round that fell in a main street in the neighborhood, leaving a civilian dead, according to a source at Damascus Police Command.
Three other civilians were injured in the attack, which also caused damaged to 4 cars parked in the site, the source told SANA.
A child injured in a terrorist attack in Qamishli
Meanwhile, a girl child was injured in a terrorist attack in Qamishli city in the northeastern Hasaka province.
A source at the Police Command told SANA reporter that terrorists detonated a stun grenade in al-Corniche Street in Qamishli city, leaving a girl child injured.

The Army units clashed with terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) who were trying to attack many residential neighborhoods in Deir Ezzor city and its military airport, field sources said Saturday.
The army inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists in personnel and equipment, destroying a number of vehicles and equipment and killing and injuring much of the terrorists, while the others escaped, according to the source.
The army air force targeted the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorists’ sites and in the villages of Akolah and al-Sawamea area, Rasem al-Abed, Deir Hafer and to the east of Balat in the eastern countryside of Aleppo province.
A military source told SANA Saturday that the army inflicted heavy losses upon the extremist organization in personnel and equipment in addition to destroying the terrorists’ machinegun-equipped vehicles, killing all terrorists onboard.
The source added that another army unit destroyed ISIS terrorists’ gatherings and mortar and rocket –launch pad in Balat villages and its surroundings.
Other army units destroyed the terrorist organizations’ hideouts, killing terrorists inside, and destroying weapons and ammunition in the neighborhoods of al-Sheikh Said, al-Sheikh Lutfi, Salah Eddin and Bustan al-Bacha in the city of Aleppo.
Meanwhile, field sources said that an army unit destroyed Jabhat al-Nusra and Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement sites in the surroundings of al-Morouj private school to the north of Anadan town in the northern countryside of the province.
An army unit targeted terrorist organizations’ hideouts at the surroundings of Tal Dadin in the southern countryside of the province, killing and injuring 11 terrorists.
In the southern countryside of Aleppo, the army, backed by the air force, inflicted heavy losses in personnel and equipment on terrorists in the towns and villages of Khan Touman, Khalsa, Kherbet Maarata and Qarasi.
