More than 500 terrorists from ISIS leave Syria and head to Yemen

A spokesman from the Syrian Arab Army said on Tuesday that on intelligence reports state that on October 16th, four planes arrived in Aden Airport in Yemen, carrying terrorists from ISIS.
The spokesman said that the planes, which consisted of 2 Turkish Airlines planes, 1 Qatar Airways plane, and 1 Emirates airline plane, were carrying more than 500 ISIS members who had fled Syria following the Russian airstrikes.
He went on to say that upon arrival in Aden, the Saudi alliance officers divided them into three groups: one went to Bab-el-Mandeb strait, one to Ma’rib, and one to the Saudi regions of Jizan and Asir in order to join the alliance’s forces which had sustained great losses during their battles there.
The spokesman concluded that information indicates that the process of transporting ISIS terrorists from Syria will continue in the coming stage.
General Command: Syrian Army continues targeting terrorists across Syria

The spokesman of the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces affirmed that the Syrian Arab Army reestablished control over 50 villages and farms in the southern countryside of Aleppo and a number of strategic hills in Lattakia countryside, expanding control area in Damascus Countryside.
In a statement on Monday, the spokesman said that units of the Army and Armed Forces continued their operations in Harasta and Nouleh farms in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside, and expanded their control over the areas, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their arms and munitions in the process.
An army unit killed all members of a terrorist group belonging to the so called the “Islamic Union for Cham Soldiers” in Daraya area in Western Ghouta.
Another army unit in cooperation with popular defense groups restored control over Dahrit al-Kasara in the northern countryside of Quneitra.
In Daraa, the army foiled terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate from al-Gharia al-Gharbia towards the Electricity Station northeast of Daraa and launched concentrated strikes against terrorists’ gatherings in Attman town, Makas al-Hajar and the crossing between al-Mantra and al-Yadoda.
In the central region, the spokesman said that army units in cooperation with popular defense groups continued to progress in the northern and northwest countryside of Homs, reestablishing control over Snisil village, al-Mahta village, Jawalik Housing and number of blocks of buildings in Tirmaala.
The Army also targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Howsh al-Zabadi, Ezz Eddin, al-Quneitrat villages while army units thwarted a terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate from al-Smaalil, Talbeisa, Ayn al-Dananir and al-Saan al-Aswad.
Terrorists’ headquarters and a rocket launcher were destroyed during army’s operations against terrorists’ gatherings in al-Rastan, the area surrounding al-Amiria and Ayn al-Hussein al-Janoubia.
The army’s airstrikes destroyed ammo depots in Tirmaala, al-Ghanto, al-Qaryatin and a command center in Talbeisa, killing a number of terrorists’ leaders.
In Hama countryside, the army’s air force destroyed terrorists’ dens and dozens of their vehicles, some of them equipped with machineguns in Rasm al-Tina, Kafr Zita, south of Athrya, Eykirbat, al-Latamina and Latmin, killing many terrorists.
Army units continued their operations in the southern countryside of Aleppo province and established control over 50 villages and farms and strategic hills, the spokesman said, adding that that they are currently continuing to hunt down fleeing terrorists in the operations areas, announcing that al- Wadihi and al-Haddadeen are safe areas and asking locals to return.
The Army launched airstrikes against terrorists’ positions in al-Miflsa, al-Halabia, Um Arkila, Tal Ahmar, Qbassin, al-Bab, al-Sheikh Ahmad, Deir Hafir, Khan Toman, the area surrounding the Air Force Academy, east of al-Sfeira and the area surrounding al-Nayrab in Aleppo countryside.
Meanwhile in Idleb, the army’s airstrikes destroyed terrorists’ vehicles and killed a number of terrorists.
He stated that other army units continued their operations in the direction of Jub al- Ahmar and Salma areas in the northern countryside of Lattakia province, and established control over a number of hills and strategic areas in the area.
The spokesman said that the army air force carried out concentrated airstrikes against terrorists’ sites and gatherings in Salma area, al-Moghiria, Tartiah and Ako, destroying ammo caches and command centers.
He went on to confirm that the Armed Forces thwarted repeated infiltration attempts by ISIS terrorists and destroyed three car bombs they had deployed before any of them reached military posts in al-Jafra in Deir Ezzor province, inflicting heavy losses in personnel and munitions upon the terrorists.
The spokesman asserted that the Army and Armed Forces will continue fighting terrorist organizations and hunting down their remnants wherever they are found across the country until the army fulfills its national duty of eliminating terrorism and restoring safety and stability to the entirety of the country.
Syrian Air Force kills dozens of terrorists in several areas

The army’s units and air force continued targeted terrorists’ positions in various areas all around the country, inflicting more casualties and material losses within their ranks.
12 vehicles for terrorist organizations affiliated to the so-called “Jaish al-Fateh” were destroyed and at least 60 terrorists were killed during the army’s operations against their positions in the southern countryside of the northern Idleb province, according to field sources.
The sources explained to SANA that an army unit targeted in a special operation gatherings of terrorists in Maarata village in Jabal al-Zawieh area, destroying 10 vehicles and leaving 50 terrorists dead.
Most of the terrorists killed are foreigners, including three Turks, the sources said, adding that the dead included two leaders within Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called “Jund al-Aqsa”.
Another army unit destroyed two vehicles, killed at least 7 terrorists on board them, in Sinjar town in the southeastern countryside of Idleb.
A gathering of terrorists from Jaish al-Fateh was targeted in Kafrnubul town, 13 km to the west of Maaret al-Nouman, where a number of the terrorists were killed.
More terrorists were killed as an army unit targeted their den near al-Tamanaa town.
An army unit targeted hideouts and gatherings for ISIS terrorist organization in al-Hweika neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city.
The army operations ended up with destroying a vehicle equipped with anti-aircraft machinegun in addition to killing a number of terrorists and injuring others.
A military source said in a statement to SANA that the Air Force directed intensive airstrikes against gatherings and fortified sites of ISIS terrorists in al-Baiyarat area 10 kilometers west of Palmyra city in the eastern countryside of Homs province.
A number of vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns along with the arms and ammunition on board were destroyed during the strikes.
The Air Force also destroyed two ISIS dens along with all the terrorists, armaments, and ammunition within them in al-Qariyatein city 85 kilometers east of Homs city.
The army also targeted hideouts and concentrations for Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in Teirmala, Jawalak, al-Ghanto, al-Farhanyeh, Umm Sharshouh and Talbeseh, killing scores of terrorists and destroying their hideouts and machinegun-equipped vehicles.
The army’s air force targeted a gathering of vehicles for ISIS terrorists in al-Sheikh Ahmad village to the south of the Air Force Academy in the eastern countryside of Aleppo province.
Other ISIS positions were targeted by army air strikes in Tabaret al-Sakhaneh village along Khanaser-Atherya axis.
Earlier, the source said a number of terrorists’ vehicles were destroyed and a large number of them were killed to the east of Atherya and south of Tabaret al-Sakhane in the countryside of Hama province.
Syrian army air force carried out sorties against gatherings and dens of ISIS terrorist organization in the villages of al-Sheikh Hilal, Rasm al-Tineh, Rasm Amoun, Jbab and Tanahej in the eastern countryside of Hama province.
The sorties resulted in destroying dens and vehicles for ISIS terrorists and killing a number of them.
An army unit, in cooperation with popular defense groups, targeted a vehicle for ISIS terrorists in Tal Asheihib al-Shamali area in the countryside of the southern Sweida province.
The vehicle, which was carrying terrorists, weapons and ammunition, was destroyed.
Army shoots down 7 RC drones carrying C4
A Syrian Army unit shot down on Tuesday seven small RC drones over Ezraa city in the northern countryside of Daraa province.
Field sources told SANA reporter that the size of each drone was 50 cm and that they were loaded with amounts of C4 material and equipped with surveillance cameras.
The sources added the drones probably came from Busr al-Harir or al-Lajat area to target vital sites in the vicinity of the city.
Back on the 11th of October, the army shot down 9 similar RC drones in the vicinity of Ezraa.
Meanwhile, army units killed scores of Israeli-backed Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood in Daraa city.
An army unit targeted terrorists’ hideouts and gatherings in several areas in Daraa’s northern countryside, killing large number of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and munitions.
Syrian Arab Army units continued their operations against dens of Jabhat al-Nusra and the “Jaish al-Islam” terrorist organizations in the Eastern Ghouta and the Western Ghouta areas in Damascus countryside.
An army unit destroyed a munitions depot for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists south of Erbin town, field sources added.
The army’s operation targeting hideouts of the so called “Jaish al-Islam” terrorists in the farms of Mesraba village left many terrorist dead, while a number of terrorists were killed in operations targeting their hideouts in al-Ajami neighborhood and the vicinity of al-Sawa buildings in Harasta area.
Another army unit targeted dens of the so called “Ajnad al-Cham” terrorist organization, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others in al-Jameyat neighborhood in Daraya city.
4 civilians killed, 39 injured in terrorist attacks in Aleppo, Damascus, its countryside, and Hama

Four civilians were killed and 26 were injured in rocket shells fired by terrorists on al-A’zamia neighborhood in Aleppo.
A source at Aleppo province told SANA reporter Tuesday that two rocket shells fired by terrorists, positioned in Salah Eddin neighborhood, fell on al-A’zamia neighborhood at the roundabout of Bilal Mosque, killing 4 civilians, including a child and a woman and injuring 26 others.
The source added that the rocket shells also caused a material damage in the place and the injured were transported to the University Hospital.
Last Sunday, three civilians were killed and three were injured in a terrorist attack with rocket shells on Shihan residential area in Aleppo City.
A terrorist mortar attack in Damascus injures 8 civilians
In the same context, eight civilians were injured by mortar shells fired by terrorists on Bab Touma neighborhood in Damascus city on Tuesday.
According to a source at Damascus Police Command, terrorists from the so-called “Jaish al-Islam” targeted the neighborhood with two mortar shells that hit in the surroundings of al-Soufaniyeh Square, wounding 8 people.
The source said a child was among the injured, noting that the attack also caused material damage to a number of cars and public properties.
Three civilians injured in a terrorist bombing in Hama countryside
Meanwhile, three civilians were injured as ISIS terrorists detonated an explosive device they had earlier planted on al-Saan-Jib Khsara road in al-Salamiyeh area in the eastern countryside of Hama province.
A source at the Police Command of Hama told SANA reporter that the terrorists targeted a minibus that was passing on the aforementioned road, adding that the blast left three people injured.
Two injured in terrorist mortar attack in Damascus Countryside
Two civilians were injured in a mortar attack by “Jaish al-Islam” terrorist organization on al-Wafidin Camp in Damascus Countryside.
A source at the Damascus Countryside Police Command told SANA’s correspondent that the terrorists fired two mortar shells at al-Wafidin Camp, injuring two civilians who were rushed to Al-Qtaifeh National Hospital.
The source also said that the attack caused material damage to locals’ homes and properties.
Russian Defense Ministry: A Russian serviceman at Hmeimim airbase committed suicide

Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that one of the Russian servicemen stationed at the Hmeimim airbase in Lattakia countryside killed himself.
“A contract serviceman stationed at the Hmeimim airbase as a technician committed suicide while he was resting after duty,” Russia Today website quoted the Ministry as saying in a statement.
The statement noted that investigation is still ongoing to know the circumstances of the suicide incident.
A number of Russian military members are present at Hmeimim airbase, where Russian aircrafts take off to conduct air strikes on terrorist positions in Syria.
The Russian air strikes started on September 30, and have so far destroyed over 1100 targets, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
